Elevator Modernization – Village of Carpentersville

We recently had the opportunity to partner with the Village of Carpentersville and Morgan Harbor Construction to work on the Village Hall elevator modernization.  The existing elevator was a 1970’s vintage Dover elevator that was constantly having issues with reliability.  The project was bid as a turn key so Colley was the general contractor on the project which also put us in charge of the fire alarm and electrical work.  This was a great team effort, thank you to everyone involved!
