• Testing requirements

• Maintenance agreements
• Modernization projects
Elevator 101 is approved by Community Association
Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing
education requirements for the CMCA® certification. This course is approved for
1 hour of continuing education credit.
Lunch will be provided.
