We
recently had the opportunity to partner with the Village of Carpentersville and
Morgan Harbor Construction to work on the Village Hall elevator modernization. The existing elevator was a 1970’s vintage
Dover elevator that was constantly having issues with reliability. The project was bid as a turn key so Colley
was the general contractor on the project which also put us in charge of the fire alarm and electrical work. This was a great team effort, thank you to everyone involved!
